Yeah, it was Awesome.

I love Zions.
Even more, I loved staying at the Hampton inn in St. George and driving in to Zions everyday. We hiked, we explored, we dreamed and learned.
Like, Gavin spent one afternoon trying to think up all the synonyms he could use for "beautiful" that would describe the gorgeous views we were experiencing.
Love that kid.
And Aj found lots of dinosaur bones that he was determined to dig up... even though they looked like regular old rocks to me.
Love him, too.
And Sydney, well, she can find something interesting about any old rock, flower, tree or mountain that will keep her talking for hours...
Love her so, so much.
And then after enriching our lives with dirts, trees, rocks, canyons, streams and rivers,
we drove back to our hotel and took hot showers.
It was my kind of camping.
We also went and saw Aladdin at Tuacahn.
I love Tuacahn.
Jace and I took a day and hiked Angels' Landing sans kiddos.
A-maz-ing.
Jace got way further than me.
I'm okay with that. ;)

Jace's mom and dad tagged along. The kids made some great memories with them. That makes me so happy.

My funny kids at Tuacahn.

Jace after he came down from Angels' Landing

The view from Scouts Overlook before Angels' Landing. Breathtaking. I was eye-level with the top of the Narrows.
Freaking cool.

I can't wait until we get to go again when they are older so we can do all the awesome stuff all together.

Having an active, adventurous family is THE BEST!
